INSULATION INSTALLER – Non-experienced – starting pay $15/hour
We are looking for hardworking people to join our insulation installation team. Installers receive competitive pay/benefits. This is a great way to launch a career in the ever-growing building materials industry. No experience necessary. Plus if you’ll join us for a year, you can earn $500! Learn more during the interview process.
Working as an Insulation Installer at Millers, provides you honest, meaningful work to our customers and our community. You’ll typically work 8 hours Monday through Friday, from 6:30am to approximately 3:30pm or until the job is completed. A typical day would include, visiting one to three homes daily and ensure quality work is done on time.
Some tools will be provided and you’ll be paid weekly. Here are more details:
- Undergo extensive training, including Owens Corning® Certified Energy Expert® certification courses
- Install insulation in walls, floors, and attics according to top quality standards
- Work on a crew with other team members
- Follow all safety programs and procedures
- Record the materials used at each job
- Help to load and drive trucks to the job site
- Work with equipment such as scaffolding, ladders, tools and scissor lifts
- Comfortable working in tight spaces and/or standing for periods of time and able to lift 50 pounds

Construction & Home Improvement | Base Salary + Commission

We offer established sales territories, company-provided leads, paid on-the-job training, and commission opportunities.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Meet with homeowners, builders, and contractors to evaluate insulation needs and provide estimates.
- Manage an established sales territory while developing new business.
- Visit homes and construction sites to inspect, measure, and recommend insulation solutions.
- Build customer relationships and coordinate with our installation crews.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and excellent customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow our sales process.
- Good communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Comfortable working independently and visiting construction sites.
- Valid New Mexico driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to report to our Albuquerque office at 6:00 AM and work flexible hours as needed.
Previous sales or construction experience is helpful, but not required.
